Gallant Homes’ owner, Andy Gallant, has applied his 12 years of building experience to creating a foundation of excellence that will exceed all of your home building expectations. Andy’s dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of the company, from building methods to distinct personal service to the finish home.

Andy is a member of the Gallant Family of Anderson, SC who developed and own Coosaw Point. Coosaw Point, a residential community on approximately 400 acres, is located on the Coosaw River on the north end of Lady’s Island. Andy’s main concentration is Coosaw Point, but Gallant Homes is happy to build your custom home in any of Beaufort’s neighborhoods or in the surrounding area.

Andy will work with you and your architect to help design that special home with attention to detail and will make suggestions for cost savings. Andy has developed a subcontractor base that can deliver the highest quality in building you can find in the industry.
